    • Articulating goals. Based on the exploratory work, what are the next best three things that could be worked on to make a real change in your life.

    • What do these observations mean? What self-knowledge/insight can be gained?

    • Our negative patterns of thinking can be hard to see but it’s essential we do the work to uncover them.
